Now what if there is a simple solution that could change everything for the better? If I find that a routine no longer works, I create a different point of view. I will try to put myself in someone else’s shoes (for example the athlete I am helping) and evaluate his or her reaction to me. Sometimes, I choose to work on something that is blocking me from the inside. For example a situation that would make me nervous or scared.

In the beginning, you will notice that automatically, you still use old habits. Give yourself the time and use reminders that will help you with your new perspective.
Personal growth is a never ending process. If you choose to be open to change, and would like to have better relationships, adjusting your mindset will help. It will help your mental being and make you more successful in your daily endeavors!
